The Manufacturing Alliance featuring: Matrix and TMA

Matrix has been a TMA member since 1982. Our co-founder and former president, Paul Ziegenhorn, served for many years on TMA's Board of Directors, as Chairman 2011, and was a fixture on TMA's Manufacturing Education Committee.  Our CFO, Mark Ziegenhorn, has served on TMA's 401k board since 2005, the majority of those years as Vice-Chairman.  And our IT Manager, Dave Ziegenhorn, has been part of TMA's IT peer-to peer network.  In addition to discussing the benefits of our TMA membership (apprenticeship and training programs, 401k retirement plan, and peer-to-peer networking, to name a few) we also dove into the challenges of marketing in a manufacturing environment, differentiating our brand, protecting customer confidentiality, our ISO quality system, and the dynamics of working with family.
